Anurag Jain: Director of Expedia Group and a Visionary Leader in Tech and AI,

Mr. Anurag Jain’s inspiring journey has been marked by remarkable achievements and leadership roles in various industries. He currently serves as the Director for Indian Subcontinent, Indonesia, and Mainland China at Expedia Group, where he leads the Hotel Portfolio Business Performance. Anurag has excelled in fostering high-performance teams and driving business growth in the travel tech sector, with a focus on both B2C and B2B markets.

AI Playbook for Entrepreneurs and Leaders:

He is also a National Best-Selling Author of book “Powerhouse”, which is an AI playbook for Entrepreneurs and Leaders. With passion for AI and Digital Transformation, Anurag has also recently built a plaform called Digicrusader, where he coaches entrepreneurs and leaders to apply AI and achieve exponential growth in their business or career. Anurag’s contributions have been recognized with the Business Leadership Award from IAF and also as one of the Best Business Coach in India by Silicon India, reflecting his positive impact he is creating on entrepreneurs, startups, and business leaders.

Versatile Leadership Journey Across Industries:

Prior to his current positions, Anurag served as the Category Leader at Amazon, where he led the Men’s Clothing Category P&L for Amazon Fashion India. He played a key role in advocating for the category within Amazon and building a world-class customer experience.

Recognitions and Accolades:

Before Amazon, Anurag held the position of General Manager (Country Manager – Sri Lanka & Pakistan) at Godrej Consumer Products Limited. His leadership skills were evident in leading a cross-functional team of over 600 people, while scaling the business explonentially and significant category penetration with new product introductions across Personal Care and Home Care segments.

A Stellar Academic and Professional Record:

Anurag’s journey also includes roles at Abbott, where he led new business acquisition in SAARC, and at Johnson & Johnson, where he led the SriLanka branch to achieve remarkable business growth, and become the Best Unlisted Company in SriLanka, as awarded by LMD. His career path includes various managerial roles that showcased his expertise in P&L management. He has a star studded academic record, as an alumnus of IIM, Mumbai and a Gold medalist in Engineering.
