Mr. Ramesh The Unsung hero of Radisson hotel in Sec 29 Gurgaon

In our team, there is a remarkable individual by the name of Ramesh working in House-Keeping department. He possessed an incredible spirit and determination that inspired everyone around him. Despite facing certain challenges being differently abled (Dumb & Deaf), he never let anything hold him back. His positive attitude and perseverance were truly commendable.

In the workplace, Ramesh demonstrated exceptional skills and talents by his pro activeness in learning new things and understanding tasks. He has consistently showcased his unique abilities and contributed immensely to the team’s success. His creativity, attention to detail is unmatched. If a task is given to him, it is meant to be completed without a delay. He also had a profound impact on the team’s morale. His kindness, empathy, and willingness to lend a helping hand created a supportive and inclusive environment. His always smiling face uplifted his colleagues and motivated them to reach their full potential seeing him working hard every day.

Ramesh is married to a beautiful woman and blessed with a daughter. Ramesh’s only focus is to earn a great livelihood for his family and education for his daughter. To fulfil all their requirements, Ramesh has come out of his village to the city so that he can contribute through his earnings. Ramesh is so eager to learn and perform new tasks hence the reason he has chosen hospitality as his career as it gives him multiple opportunities to interact and learn something new every day. He also proactively asks for different tasks like going for ODCs from the hotel, cleaning guests’ cars etc.
Ramesh aims to work for the Government hence during his free times he likes to study and explore as much opportunities as he can.
