Tulasha Pillai’s professional journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales – Banquets at Aurika, Mumbai Skycity, she oversees a significant portfolio in India’s largest room inventory hotels.

In her current role since January 2024, Tulasha has been instrumental in shaping the banquet and sales strategy at Aurika, bringing her extensive experience to the forefront. Prior to this, she held the position of Director of Conference & Events at Conrad Pune, showcasing her versatility and leadership in managing large-scale events.

Her tenure at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts spans five years, during which she served as the Associate Director of Sales in Udaipur, Rajasthan overseeing the wedding segment and then overall sales of the hotel, she contributed to the success of weddings and other events, demonstrating her adeptness in business relationship management.

Tulasha’s impressive career trajectory also includes a role as Associate Director of Sales – Pan India – weddings and mice at The Leela palaces hotels and resorts, where she played a pivotal role from May 2018 to July 2021, focusing on Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her contributions were marked by effective management and strategic business relationship building.

Before joining The Leela, Tulasha has worked with JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa. Her expertise in business relationship management was evident throughout these roles, ensuring successful sales outcomes and client satisfaction.
