Starting as a Guest Services Associate at Hyatt Regency, Parminder demonstrated a natural inclination towards hospitality and customer service. His commitment and hard work propelled him to the role of Team Leader, where he excelled in leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Eager to broaden his horizons, Parminder transitioned to MM Continental Mullana, Ambala, as an Assistant Manager of Operations, where he gained valuable insights into operational management and leadership. His tenure at MM Continental laid the groundwork for his future endeavors, instilling in him a strong sense of responsibility and a strategic mindset.

Parminder’s journey continued to evolve as he joined CT Institute of Engineering, Management and Technology, Shahpur, followed by Lovely Professional University as a Hospitality Trainer. Here, he shared his expertise and knowledge with aspiring hospitality professionals, nurturing the next generation of talent in the industry. His passion for education and mentorship set him apart, earning him recognition for his contributions to the field of hospitality training.

Eager to further his career in learning and development, Parminder joined Radisson Blu as an Assistant Training Manager, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. His innovative approach to learning and development contributed to the overall success of the organization, earning him accolades for his dedication and leadership.

Parminder’s journey took another significant turn when he joined IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Learning and Quality, where he continued to refine his skills in talent development and quality assurance. His tenure at IHG showcased his ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Building on his success, Parminder then joined Novotel Ahmedabad as Learning and Development Manager. In this role, he introduced numerous best practices and fostered a distinctive learning culture to promote the collective success of both the hotel and its employees. Not only did he make significant contributions to the learning initiatives, but he also effectively led hotel audits, ensuring their successful completion. After his successful stint with Novotel Ahmedabad, he assumed the role of Learning and Development Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, where he currently serves as a pre-opening specialist. In this capacity, Parminder leverages his expertise in strategic planning, business development, and employee training to set the stage for success in the hotel’s launch. His leadership and dedication to excellence continue to drive positive change and elevate the standards of learning and development in the hospitality industry. With an operational background, he brings a wealth of initiative and best practices that he imparts to employees, fostering their learning and growth.
