Mr. Prithvi Kataria: Architect of Technological Excellence

Mr. Prithvi Kataria’s journey in the hospitality industry is a testament to his unwavering commitment to technological innovation and operational excellence. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & JECC, Mr. Kataria has played a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of premier hotels and convention centers across India.

 

With nearly a decade of experience in the field, Mr. Kataria has established himself as a visionary leader capable of orchestrating successful hotel launches and optimizing operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology. His journey began at Ramada Jaipur, where he honed his skills as a Site Engineer, gaining invaluable experience in IDS software and laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.

 

As he progressed in his career, Mr. Kataria assumed increasingly challenging roles, from IT Executive at Radisson Blu Jaipur to Assistant IT Manager at IBIS Jaipur. During this time, he demonstrated his proficiency in implementing and managing a wide range of technology solutions, from property management systems to networking architecture, earning him recognition for his technical expertise and leadership acumen.

 

His journey reached new heights when he joined *Accor* Hotel Group as Manager IT at IBIS Gurgaon, where he oversaw the migration and implemented advanced IT solutions to streamline hotel operations. This experience laid the foundation for his subsequent roles as Assistant Manager IT at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity and IT Manager at Novotel Imagica Khopoli, where he continued to push the boundaries of technological innovation in hospitality.

 

However, it was during his tenure as IT Manager at Novotel & IBIS Techpark Bengaluru that Mr. Kataria truly distinguished himself as a trailblazer in the field. Overseeing a combined total of 526 rooms across two hotels, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience through the seamless integration of technology into every aspect of hotel operations.

 

Today, as the IT Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & JECC, Mr. Kataria continues to push the boundaries of technological innovation, ensuring that the hotel remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the hospitality industry. His role in orchestrating the successful pre-opening phase of Novotel Jaipur and positioning it as a premier destination for conferences and exhibitions in South Asia underscores his visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to excellence.
