Shilpi’s journey in revenue management commenced in September 2005 as an Assistant Stewardess at The Park Hotels, New Delhi. Over the years, she transitioned into roles with increasing responsibility, including Reservation Executive at Tivoli Garden Resorts & Hotels and Reservations Officer at The Metropolitan Hotel. These early experiences provided Shilpi with a solid foundation in hospitality and sparked her interest in revenue management.

 

Professional Growth and Development:

Shilpi’s ascent in revenue management accelerated when she joined Hilton Hotels Worldwide as a Cluster Reservation Executive. Subsequently, she held roles such as Senior Reservation Supervisor at The Park Hotels and Reservations Manager at ITC Hotels, honing her skills in revenue analysis, inventory control, and strategic pricing.

 

Notable Achievements and Roles:

Shilpi’s tenure as Revenue and Reservation Manager at Radisson Hotel Group  was marked by significant contributions to revenue optimization. Her proficiency in utilizing tools such as IDeaS G3 RMS and Emma, coupled with her strategic acumen, led to measurable improvements in revenue performance.

Transitioning to The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group as a Revenue and Distribution Manager further enriched Shilpi’s expertise in revenue management and distribution handling. Her adeptness at navigating complex revenue landscapes and implementing innovative pricing strategies underscored her value as a revenue management leader.
