Kartikeya’s journey in hospitality commenced with The Oberoi Hotels, where he honed his skills and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Armed with an MBA in Hospitality Management and extensive training from Switzerland, Kartikeya possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in food and beverage operations.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and German, Kartikeya’s multilingual skills enable him to connect effortlessly with a diverse clientele, enriching their dining experiences with personalized attention and service.
In his previous role at the JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa, Kartikeya led a portfolio of 11 food and beverage venues, demonstrating his leadership prowess and culinary acumen. Known for crafting unique dining experiences and fostering multicultural teams, Kartikeya’s guest-centric approach and cost management expertise are poised to elevate guest satisfaction and profitability at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa.
