Ms. Sharma has held key managerial positions at esteemed hotels including Holiday Inn & Suites Festival City, Hyatt Place Melbourne, Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel, and Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Her professional journey began with comprehensive hands-on training as a corporate leadership trainee at Hyatt Hotels, setting a solid foundation for her career.

Throughout her tenure with Hyatt, Ms. Sharma demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities, notably contributing to the successful opening of the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel and Residences as Front Office Manager. She further honed her skills and commitment to excellence in her role as Director of Rooms at the same property.

In subsequent roles as Hotel Manager at Hyatt Place Melbourne and Holiday Inn & Suites Festival City, Ms. Sharma played a pivotal role in overseeing property operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Assuming the role of General Manager at Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, Ms. Sharma is poised to elevate the guest experience and drive sustainable commercial growth.
