As an experienced sales leader, he brings with him a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality sales across India.
A versatile and analytical leader, he has a proven track record of driving successful sales initiatives, developing innovative pricing strategies, and enhancing revenue growth. Mainak has enjoyed significant career growth with top-tier hospitality brands since graduating from the University of Calcutta and earning his Masters in International Management from the University of Sussex in 2012. His notable work includes leadership roles at prestigious hotel brands such as Marriott International, Hyatt and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
Mainak’s extensive experience showcases his business acumen and people-oriented leadership skills. His expertise extends in transient and group pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development making him the perfect fit for this new role.
He is an avid traveler with a passion for exploring new cultures through food. Mainak also has a keen interest in soccer, adding a diverse and dynamic perspective to his professional endeavors
