Kishor Kumar Singh’s journey in the field of information technology is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and passion for innovation. Kishor began his career as a Desktop Support Engineer at CMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., where he quickly became known for his problem-solving abilities and technical acumen. He handled a range of responsibilities, from managing user complaints to ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence laid a strong foundation for his future roles.
He then moved to The Lemon Tree Hotel Company, initially as a Technology Executive and later as Assistant Manager of Technology. In these roles, Kishor managed complex IT systems, ensured data security, and optimized the use of information technology. His ability to handle user and guest complaints effectively, along with his skill in managing hardware and software systems, significantly improved the hotel’s IT infrastructure.
Kishor’s next step was at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he served as an Information Technology Team Leader. He managed IT vendor relationships, coordinated support issues, and participated in the preparation of the hotel’s capital plan. His leadership in implementing new MIS applications and managing network systems demonstrated his capability in handling large-scale IT projects and enhancing operational efficiency.
Following his successful tenure at Hyatt, Kishor joined Pullman-Novotel New Delhi Aerocity as Assistant Manager Technology. Here, he continued to excel by managing IT operations, providing internal and external user support, and conducting IT training sessions. His expertise in pre-opening, IT project management, and hotel applications management further established him as a leader in the field.
In his current role as Information Technology Manager at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Kishor oversees a vast network of servers, workstations, and network devices. His responsibilities include ensuring the uptime of high-availability servers, maintaining network security, and providing technical guidance. He has successfully implemented innovative IT solutions, enhancing the guest experience and operational efficiency.
