Prior to joining Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Ayodhya Nath held the position of Revenue Manager at the Hyatt Regency in Lucknow. His tenure at Pride Group of Hotels in New Delhi further solidified his expertise in revenue growth, front office operations, and negotiation, enhancing his ability to manage complex revenue streams effectively.

Ayodhya’s foundational experiences in the hospitality industry began with Accor and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. At Accor, he sharpened his skills in global distribution systems and hotel booking management, while his time at The Leela Palaces included roles such as Assistant Revenue Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Assistant Manager Front Office. These roles provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the operational and strategic aspects of revenue management.

Starting his career as a Management Trainee at The Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts, Ayodhya quickly distinguished himself through his ability to grasp the intricacies of hotel operations and revenue strategies. His early experiences included shadowing management, learning about seasonal traffic, competition, sales, marketing, and budgeting. This period was crucial in shaping his strategic mindset and understanding of customer feedback, which he has continually applied to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
