Starting as an Industrial Trainee at Hyatt, he embarked on a path that would lead him to the prestigious position of becoming the General Manager at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.

Arjun has a forte for finding balance between strategic management and adaptability; his key strengths lie in planning & budget management, manpower planning & training, financial reporting and hotel operations. For him, people are an organisations biggest asset and is enthusiastic about developing leaders by encouraging and motivating talent across the hierarchy. He is known for his hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained throughout the property. His career trajectory showcases his unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence. He holds an E-Cornell Certification as well as Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Business School Chardonne, Mont Pelerin, Switzerland & Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management from Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel management.
