Maurice Lucien Van Den Bosch rejoins the Atmosphere Core family as General Manager of RAAYA by Atmosphere, while Milan Mookerjee takes the helm as Vice President of Human Resources.

Maurice Lucien Van Den Bosch Returns to Lead RAAYA by Atmosphere

Australian-born Maurice Lucien Van Den Bosch brings over 24 years of resort management expertise, with a proven track record in delivering on profit goals, launching new projects, and building high-performance, multicultural teams. Known for his inclusive leadership style, inspired by Australia’s dynamic and welcoming culture, Maurice has previously held General Manager positions at renowned Atmosphere properties, including OZEN LIFE MAADHOO and Atmosphere Kanifushi. As General Manager of RAAYA by Atmosphere, Maurice is set to craft and elevate guest experiences while fostering a collaborative team environment.

With over 15 years in the industry, Milan Mookerjee steps into his role as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing a people-first approach that aligns HR initiatives with Atmosphere Core’s business objectives. Milan is recognized for cultivating a workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported, focusing on continuous learning, talent development, and promoting a sense of belonging.
