Holiday Inn Agra is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Sachin Dhingra as General Manager. With over two decades of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Sachin is poised to lead the hotel’s operations, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence in transforming properties and achieving outstanding results.

Sachin is recognized as a turnaround specialist with a strategic focus on sales and marketing, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes. His nine years of output-driven expertise in General Management spans key domains such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR, both nationally and internationally. His leadership has consistently enhanced ROI, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement across the properties he has managed.

His illustrious career includes prominent roles as General Manager at Boudl Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia, Radisson Bangalore, and Multi-Property General Manager for Radisson and Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inn & Suites, New Delhi. Additionally, he has held Director of Food & Beverage positions with leading brands in India and Dubai, such as Jaypee Hotels, Radisson, and Arabian Courtyard Hotel.

Sachin’s achievements have earned him industry accolades, including the Top Performer Award at Boudl Hotels & Resorts and F&B Manager of the Year (2014) by Hotelier India. His success in operational excellence, pre-opening management, and revenue optimization is highlighted by his results at Boudl Hotels, where he exceeded pre-opening revenue targets and significantly enhanced the Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI).

A dedicated professional, Sachin holds a Master’s in Tourism Management from IGNOU, a Diploma in Hotel Management from Thiruvananthapuram, and a Chief Operating Officer Certification from IIM Lucknow, which he completed in 2023.

On the personal front, Sachin is married to Charu, and together they are proud parents of two daughters, Krishika (13) and Eshani (8). In his free time, Sachin enjoys practicing Dhyana Yoga, driving, and reading about psychology, finance, and management.
