With an illustrious career spanning over 25+ years in the hospitality industry and more than 11 years of service with Radisson Hotel Group, Mr. Saxena embodies operational excellence and visionary leadership.

Mr. Saxena is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience managing profit-center operations and commercial affairs in complex, multicultural environments. A graduate in Hotel Management from Mangalore University, he also holds a Diploma in Business Administration.

  • Accomplished Leader: Graduated from the Leaders Excellence Program at Radisson Hotel Group’s Corporate Office in Brussels, Belgium, in November 2019.
  • International Representation: Represented Radisson Hotel Group at prestigious global platforms, including ITB Berlin and WTM London (2014–2017). He also participated in Revenue Generation Workshops and RHG Annual Meets across Indonesia, Bangkok, China, and the Philippines, as well as the China Road Show in 2019.

    • Transformed the hotel into a flagship property with 141 exquisitely designed rooms, multiple dining options, and versatile meeting spaces.
    • Enhanced guest experiences with amenities like an outdoor pool, fitness studio, and signature dining venues including The Great Kabab Factory.
  2. Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport:
    • Successfully handled the pre-opening phase and launched the 5-star property in November 2020.
    • Achieved GOP operations within 60 days of opening, setting a benchmark in operational efficiency.
  3. Radisson Blu Pune Hinjewadi:
    • Achieved significant milestones, including a 14-point RGI growth and multiple awards such as the NPS Star for Guest Satisfaction and Hotel of the Year at the RHG Business Conference in Bangkok 2016.
  4. Radisson Blu Mysore:
    • Drove exceptional RevPAR growth and operational excellence, securing high guest satisfaction rankings within the APAC region.
  5. Leadership in Associations:
