Vikas began his career as a Guest Service Executive at The Grand in New Delhi. His potential quickly garnered attention from both peers and superiors, allowing him to rise rapidly through the ranks. He took on various roles, including Captain at Insomnia-Lounge Bar at Ambassador, New Delhi, and Catering Assistant in the same establishment. Each position helped him sharpen his skills and consistently exceed expectations.

His career advanced further when he became the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Larry’s China, a well-known Chinese restaurant at Ambassador, New Delhi. His exceptional performance earned him promotions to Restaurant & Bar Manager at Yellow Brick Road, Larry’s China, and Insomnia-Lounge Bar, where he continued to shine with his keen attention to detail.

The highlight of Vikas’s career occurred during his time at Taj Ganges and Taj Nadesar Palace in Varanasi, where he served as Operations Manager and Food & Beverage Manager. In these roles, he showcased his strategic skills and leadership ability, driving revenue growth, managing costs effectively, and enhancing the overall guest experience. His significant contributions were recognized within the industry, resulting in numerous accolades.

Vikas has also been honored as the Brand Champion for IHCL, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the Brand Standards. In this capacity, he ensures quality assurance of brand standards across IHCL properties.
