In early 2022, Sougata rose to the rank of Chef de Cuisine at Park Hyatt. His leadership was pivotal in refining the menu and elevating the dining standards, and he stayed in this role until mid-2022 before transitioning to JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. Over the next two years, Sougata not only managed a dynamic kitchen team but also played a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing themed dining events that showcased his flair for innovation.
