Bringing a wealth of experience from leadership roles across the hospitality sector, Rajiv is set to strengthen the brand’s operational excellence, revenue management, and guest experience.
Rajiv joins Clarks Hotels & Resorts following his tenure as General Manager – Brand Operations at ITC Hotels, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the brand’s market presence and operational efficiency. His leadership journey also includes key positions at Amritara Hotels & Resorts in Rajasthan and Radisson Hotel Group in Bathinda, further solidifying his expertise in hotel operations.
With a strong background in Rooms Division and Revenue Management, Rajiv has previously contributed to the success of renowned properties such as Radisson Hotel Group in New Delhi, ITC Hotels in Gurugram, and Country Inn & Suites in Goa. His deep understanding of these domains has been instrumental in driving profitability and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Rajiv’s career spans across MGM in Bengaluru, InterContinental Hotels Group in New Delhi, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Bengaluru, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces at Trinity Circle in Bengaluru, where he honed his expertise in front-office management and guest services. A graduate of Sriniwas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore, Rajiv brings a comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations and a commitment to excellence.
