This strategic collaboration is set to add 5,000 keys over the next five years, combining Wyndham’s global brand strength with Signum’s deep-rooted operational expertise.

Under this partnership, hotels will be integrated into the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, a brand designed for independent hoteliers who seek the benefits of a globally recognized name while maintaining their unique identity. Managed by Signum Hotels, these properties will blend Wyndham’s world-class standards with Signum’s regional proficiency, ensuring an elevated guest experience and a compelling value proposition for owners and investors.
