Abhishek Solomon: Redefining Guest Experiences at The St. Regis Goa Resort

Abhishek Solomon‘s journey in hospitality began with a keen interest in hospitality, which has steadily evolved into a successful career. Currently serving as the Front Office Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort since August 2024, Abhishek’s role involves overseeing front office operations, guest services, butler operations, transport and ensuring a seamless luxury experience for guests at this in Goa.

 

Before this role, Abhishek honed his skills at The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he served as Assistant Front Office Manager from April 2023 to August 2024. His previous position as Duty Manager at The Oberoi, Bengaluru spanning from February 2022 to March 2023, allowed him to further develop his leadership and operational expertise, handling key guest relations and managing the front desk.

 

Abhishek’s career at The Ritz-Carlton LLC played a significant role in shaping his expertise. His journey there began as a Front Office Supervisor from June 2017 to December 2018, followed by his promotion to Manager on Duty from December 2018 to July 2020. In these roles, he demonstrated his strong managerial skills and contributed to maintaining the luxury standards of the legendary Ritz-Carlton brand.

 

His career also saw a strong foundation at ITC Hotels, where he worked as an Assistant Manager and Management Trainee between 2015 and 2017, beginning his training and development in the industry.

 

With a wealth of experience across leading hospitality brands, Abhishek continues to grow and inspire in his current role, blending his rich experience with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
