With an impressive 19 years in the hospitality industry, Dorin Mascarenhas has built a career centered on talent development and operational excellence. She is currently the Human Resources Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where she plays a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
What sets Dorin apart is her strong operational background, having worked across all hotel departments throughout her career. This hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of hospitality operations, allowing her to design HR and training strategies that align with business goals and enhance guest experiences.
Before stepping into her current role, Dorin was the Learning and Development Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort (Oct 2022 – Oct 2023), where she led impactful training initiatives. She also contributed internationally as part of the task force at The St. Regis Vommuli Resort, Maldives (Jul – Oct 2023), supporting Marriott International’s luxury talent strategy.
Earlier in her career, she served as Training Manager at The Leela Goa, further honing her expertise in employee development and service excellence.
