The St. Regis Goa Resort Welcomes Sumeet Lundwani as Executive Pastry Chef

The St. Regis Goa Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Sumeet Lundwani as its Executive Pastry Chef. A visionary in the art of pastry-making, Chef Sumeet brings a wealth of experience and an innovative approach to crafting exquisite desserts that elevate the guest experience.

In his role, Chef Sumeet will lead the pastry department, blending traditional flavors with contemporary techniques to create exceptional culinary masterpieces. His dedication to perfection and keen eye for detail ensure that every dessert is as visually stunning as it is delectable.

 

Chef Sumeet’s journey in the world of fine patisserie spans some of India’s most prestigious establishments. Prior to joining The St. Regis Goa Resort, he served as Pastry Chef at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre, where he redefined luxury desserts for high-profile events. His tenure as Pastry Sous Chef at Swissôtel Kolkata further refined his expertise in crafting bespoke pastries for elite guests. Additionally, his experience as Sous Chef at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa strengthened his connection with Goan flavors and hospitality, while his earlier roles at Taj Lands End and Pan India Food Solutions laid a strong foundation in pastry techniques and leadership.

At The St. Regis Goa Resort, Chef Sumeet will continue to push the boundaries of pastry artistry, curating unique and indulgent experiences for guests. His commitment to combining flavors, textures, and aesthetics ensures that every creation is a masterpiece, reaffirming the resort’s position as a leader in luxury hospitality.
