Prior to joining The St. Regis Goa Resort, he served as Pastry Chef at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre, where he redefined luxury desserts for high-profile events. His tenure as Pastry Sous Chef at Swissôtel Kolkata further refined his expertise in crafting bespoke pastries for elite guests. Additionally, his experience as Sous Chef at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa strengthened his connection with Goan flavors and hospitality, while his earlier roles at Taj Lands End and Pan India Food Solutions laid a strong foundation in pastry techniques and leadership.
