Expanding his horizon, Jagdeep then took on the role of Vice President – Human Resources at MRG Group, where he spearheaded HR strategies for both hospitality and infrastructure. This experience further honed his ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

In October 2022, Jagdeep embraced a new chapter at The St. Regis Goa Resort, a prestigious luxury property under Marriott International, as the Director of Human Resources.
