Hyatt Hotels Corporation, in collaboration with Asia Resorts Limited, has announced the launch of Grand Hyatt Shiwalik Hills, an opulent new retreat set to grace a sprawling 12-acre hilltop in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

Just 90 minutes from Chandigarh, this much-awaited luxury resort is set to debut in early 2028, marking a distinguished addition to Hyatt’s Classics portfolio. Designed to seamlessly merge contemporary elegance with the region’s architectural heritage, the 220-room property aims to redefine luxury hospitality in the Solan district.

Nestled along the scenic route to Shimla, Grand Hyatt Shiwalik Hills will offer spectacular valley vistas, lush greenery, and a tranquil escape in nature. The resort’s design will emphasize sustainability, preserving existing structures while integrating modern aesthetics that complement the natural surroundings.
