Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi Hotel Appoints Mr Aasif Malik Baig as Asst Director of Sales & Marketing

Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Aasif Malik Baig as the new Commercial Leader & Marriott Being 1^st Hotel in the state of Jharkhand is thrill to make him part of the leadership team. In this capacity, Mr Baig will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational functions, including sales and strategy planning, revenue optimization, budget management, and corporate event prospecting. His role will also encompass setting annual budgets, analysing revenue reports, and formulating marketing strategies. Additionally, Mr Baig will provide leadership in areas such as forecasting, Special corporate ,catering, travel management, business intelligence, and customer service.

With over 13 years of experience in the sales domain, Baig brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished track record of success in account management, customer insights, operational efficiency, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Before re-joining Marriott, Mr Baig served as CMD at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad & Senior Sales Manager at Hotel Indore Marriott. He began his career as Assistant Sales Manager at Hyatt Raipur, and has since held key positions at several leading hospitality brands, including Le Meridien Goa Calangute, Hyatt Regency Lucknow, and Holiday Inn Chandigarh (an IHG property). His leadership roles at Radisson Blu Indore and Hotel Indore Marriott further enriched his strategic and operational expertise.

Aasif Baig’s wealth of experience, combined with his strong leadership skills, positions him to make a significant impact at Courtyard By Marriott Ranchi. As he assumes this new role, Mr Baig will play a crucial part in driving the hotel’s growth, enhancing operational performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
