Currently serving as the Hotel Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Jaipur, she continues to set benchmarks in luxury hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence.

A Journey of Passion and Dedication

Swati’s journey in hospitality began with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where she honed her skills in front office operations. She then embarked on a remarkable tenure with Taj Hotels, where she rose through the ranks from Guest Relations Executive to Director of Rooms at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Her expertise in front office management, guest satisfaction, and team leadership made her a key asset in every role she took on.

Her transition to The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) saw her take on the role of Operations Manager at Taj The Trees, Mumbai, where she played a crucial role in optimizing hotel operations and enhancing guest experiences.

Leading The Leela Jaipur: A Testament to Excellence

In May 2024, Swati took on the esteemed position of Hotel Manager at The Leela Jaipur. In this leadership role, she oversees the entire operations of the luxury property, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality that The Leela brand is known for. From guest relations to revenue management and team development, Swati brings a wealth of experience and strategic acumen to drive excellence in every aspect of hotel management.

Her ability to balance operational efficiency with personalized guest experiences makes her a distinguished leader in the industry. Under her guidance, The Leela Jaipur continues to be a beacon of luxury and impeccable service, offering guests an unforgettable stay.
