JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Pawan Singh as the new Director of Food & Beverage, bringing with him over 16 years of global experience in luxury hospitality.
In his new capacity, Singh will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations across its restaurants, bars, and event venues. His role will focus on enhancing guest experiences, streamlining operations, and driving strategic growth within the division.
Singh began his journey with Marriott International in 2013 and has held key leadership positions in premier destinations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cambodia, Thailand, and various cities across India. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he led operations across nine distinct venues and event spaces, significantly boosting both guest satisfaction and revenue metrics.
Known for his strategic vision, innovative approach, and strong grasp of global culinary trends, Singh has consistently elevated service standards and delivered impactful results across diverse markets.
