An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Naveen’s professional journey reflects his deep-rooted understanding of both the business and emotional nuances of hospitality. From beginning his career with Liberty Indian DMC and Conferences and Incentives Management, he swiftly carved a niche in the MICE segment and strategic sales.

A Career Defined by Growth and Innovation

Naveen’s career trajectory includes pivotal roles such as Cluster Director of Sales at The Westin Gurgaon and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, where he drove revenue growth and innovation. His success continued with Accor, where he built and led a high-performing cluster sales team for seven properties in Chennai, followed by a tenure as Market Director – National Sales at Marriott International.

A Strong Hyatt Legacy

Naveen’s association with Hyatt has been both diverse and impactful. He played key leadership roles during the pre-opening of Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, as well as at Hyatt Regency Thrissur and Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. His most recent success came as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Amritsar, where he elevated guest satisfaction while driving operational excellence.
