Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Centric Dehradun, Varun Goel’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Leading one of the most vibrant and young brands of Hyatt in Dehradun, he stands today as a perfect example of hard work, vision, and leadership excellence.

His Journey of Growth

Starting his career with The Lemon Tree Hotel Company as an Assistant Sales Manager in 2011, Varun began building a strong foundation in hotel sales. His commitment to learning and delivering results soon saw him moving to Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he grew from Sales Manager to Associate Director of Sales within a short span — a testimony to his talent and dedication.

His next chapter took him to Crowne Plaza Jaipur as Director of MICE, where he expanded his expertise in event and group sales. But it was his return to the Hyatt family that marked a significant growth trajectory — serving as Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh and later taking charge of the pre-opening of Hyatt Centric Sector 17, Chandigarh.

The Current Chapter – Hyatt Centric Dehradun

Today, as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Centric Dehradun, Varun Goel leads the sales strategy of this unique lifestyle brand. His role goes beyond numbers — it’s about creating memorable guest experiences, building strong partnerships, and driving the hotel’s positioning in a competitive market.

With over a decade of rich experience across renowned brands like Hyatt, Crowne Plaza, and Lemon Tree, Varun has truly carved a niche for himself in the world of hospitality sales.
