Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Mampi Biswas as the new Talent & Culture Manager. With over six years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, Mampi brings a dynamic blend of strategic HR insight and a people-first approach to her new role.

Mampi joins the team from Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, where she served as Assistant Manager – Talent & Culture. Her career journey also includes key roles with Novotel Guwahati GS Road, MAYFAIR Lake Resort, and Swissotel Kolkata, where she began her professional journey during her industrial training.

Her core areas of expertise include talent acquisition, payroll management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and data analytics. Mampi is also a strong advocate for building inclusive workplace cultures and fostering individual growth through meaningful employee development initiatives.
