Holiday Inn Agra Welcomes Pradipt Sinha as General Manager

Holiday Inn Agra is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pradipt Sinha as General Manager. With over 23 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Sinha brings strategic insight, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to service excellence. Known for his sharp, forward-thinking leadership, he has consistently elevated guest experiences, driven operational efficiencies and fostered high-performance teams across a range of luxury and upscale hotel environments.

Under IHG’s Room to Grow talent development initiative, Mr. Sinha has earned this opportunity to lead Holiday Inn Agra, building on his successful tenure within the brand. In his current journey with IHG Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Sinha has held several key leadership positions where he consistently delivered results that aligned with the brand’s standards of excellence. As Director of Operations at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar, he led hotel operations across all departments, steering the property to top-tier guest satisfaction scores and brand metrics. He was also appointed Area Champion – Food & Beverage, South West Asia, where he provided strategic direction to multiple IHG properties, aligning F&B operations with brand excellence and guest engagement. At Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla, he served as Director of Food & Beverage, introducing innovative dining experiences and market-leading culinary programs.

 

Before joining IHG, Pradipt held key leadership roles with brands such as Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, and The Lalit, gaining valuable cross-brand operational insight and culinary depth.

 

Mr. Sinha’s leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including Hotel Manager of the Year (Upscale to Midscale) at the 14th Hotelier India Awards 2023, Leader of the Year at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar (2023), Crowne Plaza Okhla (2021), and Jaipur Marriott (2018). His culinary expertise was recognized with Chef of the Year (Asia Pacific) by Marriott International (2017) and by FH&RA India (2018).

 

He holds a master’s degree in Tourism Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a bachelor’s in international hospitality management from the International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Sinha is passionate about travel, photography and exploring new cuisines. His personal interests reflect the same creativity and curiosity that define his leadership approach.

 

On his appointment, Mr. Sinha stated: “Agra is a city rich in heritage and constantly evolving as a premier destination for travellers worldwide.
