DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon Welcomes New Executive Chef, Pranab Paul

In his new role, Chef Paul will spearhead menu development and innovation, incorporating global culinary trends to delight guests. DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon New Delhi NCR is thrilled to announce the appointment of Pranab Paul as its new Executive Chef. With 24 years of extensive culinary experience, Chef Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, innovation, and a proven track record of elevating dining experiences.

 

Chef Paul is set to lead the kitchen operations, bringing his extensive expertise and innovative approach to enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings. Pranab, will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Menu Development: Creating innovative menus that blend global trends with authentic flavors.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistent quality.
  • Team Leadership: Guiding, motivating, and developing the culinary team to achieve peak performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Profitability: Managing costs effectively to maximize profitability while upholding culinary excellence.

Chef Paul’s distinguished career includes serving in prestigious international hotel chains such as Intercontinental Hotels, Hilton, Four Seasons, and Starwood. He is particularly renowned for his expertise in Western and Middle Eastern cuisines, where he seamlessly blends sophistication with vibrant, aromatic richness.
