Holiday Inn Agra Appoints Jitendra Kumar Vishwakarma as Housekeeping Manager

Holiday Inn Agra is delighted to welcome Jitendra Vishwakarma as the new Housekeeping Manager, further strengthening the hotel’s commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction.

In this leadership role, Jitendra will oversee the housekeeping operations, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort. With his sharp eye for detail and team-centric approach, he will play a key role in shaping seamless guest experiences and upholding the brand’s promise of true hospitality.

Jitendra brings with him over 13 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned names such as The Lalit, Radisson, Le Meridien, Jaypee Hotels, and IHG. Prior to this appointment, he served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar, where he was recognized for his precision, efficiency, and guest-first mindset.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Chennai (Batch of 2011), Jitendra has built his career on the foundation of service excellence, consistently raising the bar across the properties he’s worked with.

Beyond the professional realm, Jitendra finds joy in swimming, and is a devoted family man. He is married to Archana, and the two enjoy spending quality time with their young daughter, Urvija (5.4 years old).
