Jai brings with him over 14 years of dynamic experience across some of the most prestigious names in hospitality, including The Leela, ITC Hotels, lebua Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton. Returning to the IHG family, Jai is widely recognized for his ability to deliver strong commercial outcomes, nurture high-performing teams, and craft forward-looking sales strategies.
In his new role, Jai will spearhead all sales and marketing initiatives for Crowne Plaza Lucknow, with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening strategic partnerships. His leadership comes at a pivotal time as the hotel continues to position itself as a top choice for both business and leisure travelers in Uttar Pradesh.
