Sarovar Hotels Appoints Rajat Jaitly as Director – Technical Services to Bolster Development Strategy

In a move aimed at strengthening its core technical leadership, Sarovar Hotels has appointed Rajat Jaitly as Director – Technical Services, based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Gurugram. This strategic hire signals Sarovar’s continued commitment to engineering excellence, infrastructure innovation, and a future-ready hospitality pipeline.

With over 17 years of experience in hospitality engineering, project execution, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services design, Rajat brings a wealth of domain expertise that is set to enhance Sarovar’s growing portfolio of projects across India. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading technical strategy, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that upcoming hotel developments meet global quality benchmarks and sustainability standards.

A Proven Leader in Hospitality Engineering

Rajat has worked with some of the most prominent names in the hospitality and real estate sectors, including Apeejay Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts, M3M, and The Grand, New Delhi. Across these tenures, he has led large-scale infrastructure projects, managed high-value engineering operations, and been instrumental in aligning technical vision with business goals.

Known for his structured approach and collaborative leadership style, Rajat has a proven track record in managing complex hospitality developments, building effective vendor ecosystems, and driving cost-efficient, deadline-driven execution.
