Each step forward was earned through consistent delivery and an ability to drive business results. Whether managing over 400 rooms at The Leela Ambience Gurugram or breaking revenue records, Ashutosh has always shown an acute understanding of both guest behavior and hotel economics.

His contributions in Gurugram were particularly noteworthy—recording the highest-ever revenue for the hotel during FY 2022–2023 with a standout 57% GOP and leading initiatives that balanced innovation with profitability.
