Rangla Amritsar Food Festival at Crowne Plaza New Delhi – Authentic Punjabi Flavours Await

Rangla Amritsar Food Festival at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida – A Taste of Punjab’s Golden City

New Delhi’s food lovers are in for a soulful culinary journey this August as Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida brings the authentic flavours of Amritsar to the capital with its food festival – Rangla Amritsar. In collaboration with Holiday Inn Amritsar Ranjit Avenue, the festival will run from 22nd to 31st August 2025 at Infinity, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant.

A Celebration of Amritsar’s Food Culture

Known as the Golden City of Punjab, Amritsar is not just about spirituality and heritage but also about its legendary food lanes. To capture this spirit, the festival’s theme “Gediyaan te galliyan, swad Amritsar wargha” recreates the lively vibes of Lawrence Road and Novelty Chowk. Think pind-style dhaba seating, colourful folk décor, live lassi counters, makhan-churning demonstrations, and the irresistible aroma of curries slow-cooked in true Punjabi style.

Meet the Chefs Behind the Feast

The festival features Chef Jaswant Singh from Holiday Inn Amritsar Ranjit Avenue, a true son of the city, who grew up amidst Amritsar’s bustling food culture. Together with Chef Roushan Sharma, Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida, he has curated a menu that is rich, authentic, and celebratory.
