With over 20 years of international hospitality experience, including 15 years in senior leadership across Europe and the Middle East, Kotsifakos brings a wealth of knowledge in hotel operations, food & beverage innovation, and large-scale event management. His career spans prestigious names under Marriott International and other renowned global brands, aligning seamlessly with The Ritz-Carlton’s vision of blending refined service with cultural authenticity.

Kotsifakos began his career at Hilton Athens in 2003 and joined Marriott International in 2010 as Director of Food & Beverage at Costa Navarino Resorts in Greece. His journey then led him to senior roles at The St. Regis, The Westin, and Sheraton, building a portfolio that reflects both international excellence and deep cultural adaptability. His tenure in Jordan also provided him with valuable local insights — an asset in strengthening The Ritz-Carlton’s connection with the domestic market.
Armed with a degree from the Swiss Hotel Management School, Kotsifakos combines academic excellence with real-world leadership. His appointment reflects Marriott International’s commitment to nurturing global leaders who can balance brand consistency with local authenticity.
