Omaxe & IHCL Launch India’s First Stadium-Hotel in Dwarka

Omaxe & IHCL Unveil India’s First Stadium-Hotel and Elite Members-Only Club at The Omaxe State, Dwarka

Delhi’s lifestyle and hospitality scene is about to change forever with a first-of-its-kind concept—luxury hotel suites overlooking a world-class stadium, elite clubs, and unmatched urban experiences.

New Delhi | September 22, 2025: In a landmark move set to redefine hospitality and urban living, Omaxe Ltd., one of India’s leading real estate developers, has partnered with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the hospitality powerhouse behind the Taj brand, to launch India’s first integrated stadium-hotel at The Omaxe State, Dwarka.

This iconic development brings together sports, leisure, hospitality, food, and retail into one vibrant ecosystem, creating a lifestyle hub for Delhi-NCR that rivals some of the world’s top urban destinations.

India’s First Stadium-Hotel Experience

The centerpiece of this collaboration is a 158-key luxury Gateway branded hotel, featuring 40 exclusive stadium-view suites built inside the International Cricket-cum-Football Stadium. Guests will enjoy the thrill of live matches from the comfort of their private suites—an experience unlike anything India has seen before.

In addition, the hotel will offer 108 premium rooms within a luxurious members-only club building, blending hospitality and exclusivity for Delhi’s business and leisure elite.

A World-Class Elite Club Inspired by Global Icons

IHCL will also operate one of India’s largest members-only clubs, spanning an impressive 250,000 sq. ft. Inspired by The Bay Club (Mumbai), Accor Arena (Paris), and private city clubs in London and Dubai, the club will offer:

  • Signature restaurants & private lounges

  • Olympic-standard swimming pool & wellness center

  • Co-working spaces & business lounges

  • Bowling alleys, indoor & outdoor sports arenas

  • Gymnastics facilities with a boxing ring

  • Banqueting & event spaces with multi-level parking

This fusion of luxury, wellness, and business amenities is poised to make The Omaxe State a magnet for global conferences, exhibitions, and sporting events.

Delhi’s Ambitious Urban Destination

Spanning 50.4 acres under a PPP model with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), The Omaxe State integrates five lifestyle districts—Sports, Hospitality, Food, Social, and Shopping—anchored by a 30,000-seater ICC & FIFA-standard stadium.

Located next to Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi (Asia’s largest convention center), the project is designed to attract millions of visitors, with a potential footfall comparable to Dubai Mall and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Economic & Social Impact

With completion expected by 2027, The Omaxe State is projected to:

  • Generate Rs. 4,200 crore in revenue over its lifecycle

  • Create thousands of direct & indirect jobs across hospitality, retail, and sports

  • Serve a radius population of 30 lakh within 10 km—equivalent to Paris

This project isn’t just about real estate—it’s about creating a landmark urban experience for Delhi-NCR.

Leadership Vision

“The Omaxe State is not just a project; it is Delhi’s most ambitious destination. By partnering with IHCL, we are setting new benchmarks for hospitality, sports, and urban entertainment,” said Mr. Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Ltd.

From stadium-view suites to exclusive club privileges, this partnership promises to transform the capital’s lifestyle landscape forever.
