With a remarkable career spanning over 18 years in hospitality and aviation, Susan brings a deep understanding of service, leadership, and operational excellence. Having spent more than 12 years with Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa, she played a pivotal role in transforming front office operations through her strong leadership and guest-centric approach.

Before stepping into the world of hotels, Susan’s journey began among the clouds — as a cabin crew member with IndiGo and Kingfisher Airlines for over six years. Her time in aviation helped her develop invaluable qualities — from calm crisis management and meticulous attention to detail, to an intuitive sense of guest needs that continues to define her style of hospitality today.

At Accor Group, where she most recently served as Assistant Front Office Manager, Susan was celebrated for her ability to build cohesive teams, mentor young professionals, and deliver memorable guest experiences. Her empathetic leadership and approachable demeanor have consistently fostered trust and collaboration across departments.

Known for her motto “Live, love, laugh,” Susan embodies warmth, positivity, and an unwavering passion for people. Her philosophy perfectly aligns with Holiday Inn’s commitment to creating a welcoming environment for guests from around the world.
