Dubai, 27 October 2025: Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai and Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Al Mamzar Dubai are delighted to announce the appointment of Natalia Zubareva as their new Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing.
A dynamic commercial leader with over 17 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Natalia brings a global perspective shaped by her successful tenures with Accor, Marriott International, and Emaar Hospitality Group. Her career has been defined by strategic vision, brand innovation, and an exceptional ability to deliver measurable business growth.
Natalia’s impressive background includes leading pre-openings, rebranding projects, and market expansion strategies across the UAE and international destinations. Most recently, she excelled as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Swissôtel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair, where she played a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s market positioning and commercial performance.
Fluent in both English and Russian, Natalia embodies a rare blend of global mindset and local insight. Her expertise spans digital transformation, corporate and MICE development, luxury brand positioning, and strategic partnerships, making her perfectly poised to take Mövenpick’s Dubai cluster to new heights.
In her new role, Natalia will spearhead the commercial strategy for both Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai and Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Al Mamzar Dubai. Her primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding market reach across business and leisure segments.
