Gurugram, 16 November 2025 —
There’s something timeless about the hum of a classic engine, the shine of chrome under the morning sun, and the feeling of setting off on an open road with stories waiting to unfold. This nostalgia came alive as Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport and Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar joined hands to host “The Great Radisson Road Trip”—a charming vintage car rally celebrating the romance of old-world travel along NH-8.
Blending the thrill of classic motoring with Radisson’s signature hospitality, the event—organized in association with the Heritage Motoring Club of India (HMCI)—paid tribute to craftsmanship in every form: on the road, on the plate, and in every cherished travel memory.
The journey began at Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar, where participants gathered for a hearty, pre-rally breakfast. The hotel’s warm ambience set the perfect tone as enthusiasts admired the vintage beauties lined up—each car holding decades of stories and personality.
With the flag-off, the convoy rolled gracefully onto the Delhi–Gurgaon Expressway, creating a picture-perfect moment reminiscent of a bygone era. The rally wasn’t just a drive—it was a celebration of connection, passion, and the simple joy of being on the road.
The rally culminated at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, where an elegant and thoughtfully curated brunch awaited. Guests were treated to a showcase of timeless automobiles paired with fine flavours, capturing the essence of travel as an experience—not just a journey.
“This event is a celebration of journeys that connect people through shared moments,” said Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director & COO, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group.
He emphasised Radisson’s commitment to crafting experiences that linger long after guests return home.
Namit Vijh, General Manager at Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar, added,
“The rally brings together community, passion for travel, classic automobiles, and exceptional food—everything Radisson stands for.”
Echoing the sentiment, Ashwni Goela, VP Operations – Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, highlighted how the event beautifully blends heritage charm with modern luxury.
The event drew an eclectic mix of automobile collectors, culinary aficionados, influencers, and loyal patrons, making it a vibrant gathering that celebrated Radisson’s core values—connection, comfort, and memorable experiences.
Every moment—from the breakfast flag-off to the stylish finale brunch—captured the timeless spirit of exploration that continues to inspire travellers, just as it did decades ago.
