The event was hosted by AGSKI 360 (Anantaa GSK Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, SGT University campus, bringing together some of the most respected voices in India’s food and hospitality ecosystem.

Chef Vivek Saggar’s journey stands as a benchmark of dedication and service. As the Brand Ambassador for the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH), United Kingdom, General Secretary of the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), and a World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) Continental-level Judge, he has consistently worked behind the scenes to elevate professional standards. His long-standing involvement with WorldSkills competitions has played a crucial role in mentoring Indian talent and enhancing the country’s global performance for more than a decade.

Presenting the award, Col. S. S. Vaid, Director of Operations at AGSKI 360, highlighted Chef Saggar’s impact, stating that his leadership is rooted in mentorship, institution-building, and genuine service to the profession—values that continue to empower young professionals across the industry.
