An alumnus of a renowned hospitality institute in Bengaluru, his professional journey began with the Starwood Group in Dubai, setting the foundation for a career defined by operational excellence and people-first leadership.

Over the years, he has worked with some of the world’s most admired hospitality brands, including IHG, Carnival Cruises, ITC Hotels, and Hilton, gaining deep expertise across rooms division, food & beverage operations, and overall hotel management. His association with Hilton India spans more than five years, during which he has consistently delivered strong performance outcomes.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kukreti served as Director of Operations at Hilton Jaipur, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing service standards and strengthening food and beverage offerings. He also successfully led Hilton Garden Inn Saket as Task Force General Manager, steering the hotel through critical operational phases. Adding to his credentials, he is a graduate of Hilton’s prestigious SHINE 1 Leadership Program (2023)—a testament to his strategic mindset and leadership capabilities.
