Over the years, Vasant has held pivotal leadership roles at some of the country’s most iconic hotels. His impactful tenures as Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Aerocity and the legendary Taj Lake Palace are widely recognized for elevating guest experiences and operational benchmarks.
Most recently, as Hotel Manager at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, Vasant played a key role in strengthening operational excellence, enhancing experiential dining, and nurturing future leaders—further reinforcing the hotel’s reputation for refined, contemporary hospitality.
