Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi Appoints Kevin Vallone as Director of Food & Beverage

Abu Dhabi’s dynamic dining and hospitality scene is set to reach new heights as Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi and Marriott Executive Apartments Abu Dhabi announce the appointment of Kevin Vallone as their new Director of Food & Beverage.

A Global Hospitality Leader with a Passion for Culinary Excellence

With over ten years of international hospitality experience, Kevin Vallone brings a well-rounded, global perspective to Abu Dhabi’s hospitality landscape. His career journey spans luxury hotels and high-end dining destinations across Switzerland, Poland, the United Kingdom, Oman, and the UAE, equipping him with deep expertise in multi-outlet operations, pre-opening strategies, and brand-driven food and beverage excellence.

Most recently, Kevin held senior Food & Beverage leadership roles within Marriott International in Abu Dhabi, where he successfully led complex operations, enhanced guest satisfaction scores, and built highly engaged teams. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Kevin consistently blends operational precision with creativity—delivering experiences that guests remember long after check-out.


Strengthening Abu Dhabi’s Dining & Nightlife Experiences

In his new role, Kevin will oversee all food and beverage operations across both properties, including the hotel’s signature venues—AT25, the stylish rooftop dining destination, and Velocity, a popular nightlife hotspot in the capital.

His focus will be on:

  • Culinary innovation and concept development

  • Team training and leadership growth

  • Consistently delivering high-quality, distinctive dining experiences

  • Strengthening the hotels’ connection with the local Abu Dhabi community

He holds a Food & Beverage Management Certificate from eCornell, Cornell University, and a BAC PRO Hôtellerie Restauration from Lycée Hôtelier de Saint Quentin en Yvelines, France. Beyond the kitchen and boardroom, he enjoys cooking, exploring new wines, and has a keen interest in luxury cars—passions that subtly influence his refined approach to hospitality.
