Running from February 18 to 22, 2026, this limited-period culinary popup brings together the heritage, depth, and indulgence of authentic Nizami cuisine—served for both lunch and dinner.
At the heart of Daawat-e-Deccan is Chef SK Quadri, whose mastery of Hyderabadi cuisine is rooted in rigorous training under Hamida Begum, one of Hyderabad’s most respected custodians of Nizami food traditions.
Chef Quadri’s journey began at Sheraton Hyderabad itself, where he continues to revive time-honoured Deccani recipes—preserving their soul while refining presentation for today’s discerning diners.
Daawat-e-Deccan is a celebration of slow cooking, aromatic spices, and royal depth of flavour—hallmarks of Deccan gastronomy once patronised by the Nizams.
