Bringing more than 20 years of international hospitality experience, Jad Germanos is a seasoned hotelier known for his strong operational expertise and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global hospitality brands, gaining extensive experience in hotel operations, food and beverage management, asset value enhancement, and owner relations.
His professional journey spans several dynamic hospitality markets across the Middle East, where he has successfully led large hotel operations and delivered consistent financial performance. Jad’s ability to manage complex, high-volume hotel environments while maintaining exceptional service standards has made him a respected leader within the industry.
Before joining Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC, Jad held several senior leadership and General Manager task-force roles within IHG-managed hotels. His assignments covered major regional hospitality destinations, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, and Oman.
