With over 15 years of extensive experience across both hospitality and corporate sectors, Mandeep brings a dynamic approach to human resources leadership. Her professional journey includes impactful roles at globally renowned organizations such as Marriott International, Accor, HSBC, and MRG Group. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven initiatives around talent development, organizational governance, and high-performance team building.

Prior to joining Andaz Delhi, Mandeep served as Director of People & Culture at Fairmont Udaipur Palace, where she played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the property. From building HR frameworks from scratch to scaling teams and fostering a culture of excellence, her leadership has been defined by transformation and impact.

Her appointment comes at a time when hospitality brands are increasingly focusing on employee experience as a key driver of guest satisfaction.
